We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S., with options for priority and international shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we provide clear guidance and support throughout the return process. Refunds are processed swiftly, typically within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Used or modified products may not be returned.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, items marked as final sale, and items that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Keep your packaging box. If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, please put the product back in the original packaging box and ensure the product is in resalable condition.
  • Step 2: Contact our Customer Service at 1-877-856-4766 or email info@huntingtonfireplaces.com to initiate a return and get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
  • Step 3: Attach the RMA form to the outside of the packaging box, and remove all previous shipping labels or paperwork.
  • Step 4: Schedule a carrier to pick up the return product as early as possible.
  • Step 5: Email the signed bill of lading (BOL) and pro number or tracking number to Huntington Fireplaces.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must prepay the return shipping fee and are liable for any damages in transit. You can request Huntington Fireplaces to prepay the shipping cost, in which case the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Huntington Fireplaces is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee or handling fee for returned products as long as the product is in its original packaging box and is in resalable condition.

5. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size, color, or model, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Defective Items: If you received a defective item, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, report it to our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for any items damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon arrival.

7. Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: If you receive an incorrect item, contact our Customer Service immediately. Provide your order number and details about the incorrect item received.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

8. Purchases from Authorized Dealers

  • Contact: If you purchased the product from our authorized dealers, distributors, and retailers, please contact them directly to initiate your return or exchange.
